Step by step
- 1
Check your match
On the application, the Match tab shows which keywords you cover. “Check requirement fit” rates each requirement as strong, partial or a gap, with the evidence from your résumé.
- 2
Tailor
Open the Tailor tab and press “Tailor résumé”. You’ll get bullet rewrites and keyword suggestions for this job.
- 3
Review every change
Accept the ones you like. Suggestions with a [placeholder] ask you to fill in the real number first — “Fill in & accept”, then “Save & accept”.
- 4
Open the tailored résumé
It appears in Résumés named after the job, with “Highlight tailored changes” to see what changed.
