Terms of Service

1. Using GotOffered

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to create an account. Keep your login details safe; you’re responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at hello@gotoffered.com if you think it has been compromised.

2. Your content

You own everything you put into GotOffered: your résumés, letters, notes and answers. You give us a limited licence to store, process and display that content only to provide the service to you (for example, to render a PDF or to send text to our AI provider when you use an AI feature). We don’t claim ownership, and we don’t use your content to train AI models. You can export or delete it at any time.

You’re responsible for your content being accurate and lawful. Don’t upload other people’s personal data without permission.

3. AI features

AI suggestions are drafts. They can be wrong or incomplete, and you’re responsible for reviewing anything before you use it in an application. Our tools are designed not to invent facts about you: where a number or detail is missing, they leave a placeholder for you to fill in. Please don’t remove those safeguards by adding claims that aren’t true.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t use GotOffered to:

• break the law, or create fraudulent or misleading applications, credentials or references;
• harass anyone, or upload content that is unlawful, hateful or infringes others’ rights;
• probe, scrape, overload or interfere with the service, or bypass rate limits and quotas;
• resell or provide the service to others without our written permission.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules, after notice where reasonable.

5. Free and paid plans

The free plan includes the features described on our pricing section, with fair-use limits on AI features. If you buy a paid plan, the price, billing period and renewal terms will be shown before you pay.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record, which handles checkout, sales tax and VAT, receipts and invoices; its buyer terms also apply to your purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Plan & billing; access continues to the end of the paid period. One-time purchases (Interview Sprint, extra call minutes) don’t renew.

Live interview call minutes are counted per calendar month (UTC) and don’t roll over; extra minutes you buy are used after your plan’s and expire 90 days after purchase. Paid plans include AI features under fair use, so we can keep the service fast and affordable for everyone. Where consumer law gives you a right to a refund or to withdraw, we honour it; otherwise contact us within 14 days of a first purchase and we’ll refund it if you haven’t used it substantially.

6. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep GotOffered available and your data safe, but we can’t promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service, we’ll give you reasonable notice and a way to export your data.

7. No guarantee of outcomes

We help you present your experience and prepare. We can’t guarantee interviews, offers, visa outcomes or salaries. Information about visas, salaries and country conventions is general guidance, not legal or immigration advice.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Tinh Hoa So isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by content you create or decisions you make using the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or USD 50 if you’re on the free plan). Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may end these terms if you seriously or repeatedly break them. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as liability) continue after termination.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. If you’re a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring claims in your local courts.

11. Changes

We’ll update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we’ll tell you in advance by email or in the app. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept them.
