Step by step

Set up
In AI Interview → Negotiate, enter the Company, Role, “Their offer (base, yearly)” and “Your target”. For an application at the offer stage, filed pay for the job is filled in — “Use median as target” sets your target from it.

Negotiate
Press “Start negotiation”. Use the suggested lines from your plan or write your own in “Your reply”, then “Send”.

Get feedback
Press “End & get feedback” to see what you left on the table, what worked and how to “Say it better”.
