Step by step
- 1
Move between sections
Use the section tabs on the left: Checklist, Contact, Summary, Experience and more. Hovering a tab outlines that section on the page; “More” adds sections like Awards, Projects or a custom one.
- 2
Type on the page or in the form
Click any text on the preview to edit it in place, or use the form on the left. Press Enter in a bullet to start the next one.
- 3
Format text
Select text for bold, italic, underline and links. Pasted text is cleaned so it stays ATS-safe.
- 4
Reorder
Drag the handle next to a bullet, role or section — or focus it and use Space and the arrow keys.
- 5
Undo and autosave
⌘Z / Ctrl+Z undoes, ⌘⇧Z / Ctrl+Shift+Z redoes. Changes save automatically; you’ll see “Saved”.
- 6
Make room
“Collapse sidebar” (or ⌘B / Ctrl+B) gives the preview more space. The “?” button replays the editor tour.
